When my wife and I decided to sell our home just across the street from The Villages to The Villages. We wanted to down size. We thought a Villa would be just right for us. No more yard work.
I dreaded hiring a Realtor. They, the realtor’s only have one thing in mind, low ball the selling price so they can quick sale our property. They bring to you the recent sales in the area that have nothing to do with your home. One relator brought all kinds of research showing that we have to sell our home 15 to 20 per cent less than what we wanted.
Along came Nancy Fallon. She had a completely different attitude. Her first question was how much do we think our home is worth. Told her, and she put the house on the market with no Villa picked out. Our home sold in 4 days. The buyer wanted to close in two weeks.
The next day Nancy picked my wife I up and went looking for a villa. She knew our finances and the price range we wanted to spend. The last Villa we looked at was just what we were looking for. We made an offer, which included his golf cart. With no haggling he accepted our offer. Two days sold and bought.
Nancy arranged to have our closings on the same day, our house closing in the am, purchase our villa in the afternoon. Whew!
That’s the condensed story. Up to the closing date Nancy spent just about every day with us helping us pack and getting our house ready. She helped cleaning the floors, brought boxes for packing. I can go on and on, she went over of what a realtor should do.

We contacted Nancy Fallon for our Florida home search. When perusing some listings, I read some reviews about Nancy which stated that she was “Awesome”. Well that was so true – she was terrific and went above and beyond to help us.
On our first telephone call to Nancy we recognized how helpful she was. She guided us to visit some communities that we were interested in and also gave us first hand information about the Del Webb Spruce Creek community. As we continued to work with Nancy, she was so professional, courteous and always took the time to listen to any questions and concerns.
We scheduled our first appointment with Nancy to see some homes. At that first hello we knew we were in good hands. Nancy’s demeanor is so pleasant and she is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market in this area. It was so unbelievable that we found our dream home on our first day of house hunting with Nancy.
We were so confident with Nancy for the entire process from offer to closing. She guided us through the entire process which was simple and smooth. Nancy is also very strong in negotiating – even our seller commented on how great she was. I feel that I made a friend in Nancy and know that I can call her anytime for help.
